I was developing with it, installed Expression Blend, this told me that I didn't have Silverlight (incorrect), installed an unknown 64 bit version of Silverlight and ever since I have not been able to uninstall reinstall repair unwind whatever to fix the disaster that those imbeciles at Micro$ have done to my machine. I found that pasting the code in from the article above messed up the quotes. Try re-typing in all the quotes in the macro editor so they are straight quotes.
